I reached out to Kapre support because I was having an issue with my account. They did get back to me and fixed it in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. The most frustrating part was having to verify my info more than once, which felt kind of repetitive since I had already done it. Overall, the help was okay, just a bit slow and not the smoothest experience.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but it ended up helping a lot. I used it for the stuff I was stuck on, and somehow that made things click enough for me to pass. Happy with it overall.

"Good value for the price"
Kapre seemed reasonable compared to the other study options I checked out. From my experience, with test prep stuff, you can usually tell quickly if you’re paying for useful material or just a bunch of extras you’ll never touch, and this felt more on the useful side.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few sections felt a little basic. But for the price, it still helped me feel more prepared, and overall I’d say it’s a solid value

"Easy to Fit Around a Busy Schedule"
I really liked being able to do lessons after work or on weekends whenever I had time. My schedule is all over the place, and it still worked out easily. if something can fit around my weird hours, I’d guess it would work for most people trying to study around a busy life.
